This Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how payments, rescheduling, cancellations and refunds are handled for our assessments, surveys, and related services.
1. Service Payments
All payments for booked services are due at time of booking. Surveys will not be carried out unless paymeny has been processed.
2. Appointment Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment:
• More than 48 hours before your appointment: Cancellation is free of charge.
• Within 48 hours of your appointment: A cancellation fee of 90% will apply to cover allocated assessor time.
• Missed appointments / no‑shows: The full service fee may be charged if our assessor arrives and is unable to complete the survey due to access issues or absence.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment:
• More than 48 hours in advance: Free of charge.
• Within 48 hours: A rescheduling fee of 50% will apply.
We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred new date.
4. Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
• Full refund: If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or if we are unable to deliver the service for any reason on our side.
• Partial refund: If work has already begun (e.g., pre‑assessment preparation, document review), we may deduct reasonable costs from the refund.
• No refund: For missed appointments, late cancellations, or where the service has already been completed.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
5. Service Guarantee
If you believe the service delivered does not meet the agreed standard, please contact us within 24hrs. We will review your concerns and may offer:
• A follow‑up visit
• A corrected or updated report
• A partial refund, where appropriate
